Our quietest rooms open onto the palm court, where the only sound after dark is the fountain.
Limewashed walls, a deep window seat and oak shutters that fold back onto the inner courtyard and its date palms. The bathroom is laid in honed Omani limestone with a walk-in rain shower and a separate soaking tub.
Rooms on the first floor catch the morning sun through the palms; ground-floor rooms step straight out into the courtyard shade. Every Palm Court Room has a king bed made with long-staple cotton (or two singles on request), a writing desk. Instead of a coffee machine, we bring fresh Arabic coffee and dates at turndown.
