Privacy notice
How we handle your details.
Short and plain: what we collect when you send a booking request or a message, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we store your name, email, phone number, dates, room choice and anything you write in the notes. When you send a message we store the details you type into the form.
Why
Only to answer your request and, if you book, to prepare for your stay. We do not sell your details or add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.
How long
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after six months. Booking records are kept for twelve months after your stay, or longer where UAE law requires it.
Your choices
Email stay@auria-dubai.devany.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within one business day.
